01Who we are

This website, homeinteriordesign.in, is run by Home Interior Design, an interior design business based in Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, write to us at hello@homeinteriordesign.in.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, phone number and project locality.
  • Details about your project, such as home type, rooms, scope, budget range, preferred start date and the choices you make in our planners and designers.
  • Anything you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, such as floor plans, room photos and messages.

Information collected automatically

  • Pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (based on IP address) and how you reached our website.
  • Campaign details such as the ad or link you clicked, including advertising click IDs.
  • Interactions with tools on our pages, such as using the budget planner or design selectors.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account details, health data or government ID numbers through this website.

03How our enquiry forms work

Our enquiry forms do not store your details on our website. When you submit a form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message to our business number. The message is only sent if you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

Our planners, configurators and design selectors work inside your browser. Your selections are only shared with us if you choose to send them through a form or on WhatsApp.

To understand which campaigns bring enquiries, our pages may keep the campaign source and ad click ID in your browser’s session storage while your browser tab is open, and add them to your enquiry message. This information is cleared when you close the tab.

04How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and call or message you about your project.
  • To plan site visits, prepare designs, quotations and carry out the work you ask for.
  • To provide after-sales support and honour our warranties.
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including Google Ads.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We use the contact details you give us only for your enquiry and project. We do not sell your personal data.

05Your consent

We process the details you send us on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box on our forms or contact us directly. We may also process data where it is needed to carry out work you have asked for or to comply with the law.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

06Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our website and business, and only as much as they need:

  • WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us.
  • Google, for Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Fonts.
  • Our website hosting provider, which stores our website and its server logs.
  • People who work on your project, such as our design and installation team, who need your address and contact details to visit your home.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. Some of these providers may process data outside India, under their own privacy policies.

07Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, understand how our pages are used and report on our ads. These cookies are set by Google.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop our forms from working.

08How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver your project and support you under our warranties. We keep billing and project records for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

09How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, including limiting who in our team can access it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct, complete or update your personal data.
  • Erase your personal data, where we no longer need to keep it.
  • Stop using your data by withdrawing your consent.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

Write to hello@homeinteriordesign.in with your request and the phone number you used to contact us. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11Children

Our website and services are meant for adults planning interiors for their homes or businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
